1. Residency Proof:
   Applicants must be residents of Punjab and provide a valid domicile certificate issued by NADRA to confirm their Punjab residency.
2. Marriage Status:
   Only unmarried women are eligible to apply. Those who are already married or have completed marriage ceremonies are ineligible.
3. Affidavit Requirement:
   A signed affidavit is required, confirming the applicant’s unmarried status and her willingness to participate in the mass marriage ceremony.
4. Application Submission:
   Applications can be submitted by the bride herself, her father, mother, or legal guardian.
5. Selection Process:
   If the number of applications exceeds 3,000, a transparent and fair selection will be made through an electronic lottery system. Selected applicants will receive a notification via SMS.

2. In-Person Application:
   • Applications can also be submitted in person at the Office of the Deputy Director of Social Welfare in the respective district.
